What Went Wrong
Somewhere along the way, smart homes became complicated.
People were told they needed to understand Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Matter, Thread, hubs, automations and countless apps before they could enjoy the benefits of modern technology.
A light could be smart until somebody touched the wall switch. One room needed one app. Another device needed another. Guests could not find their way around. Even the person who installed everything sometimes struggled to remember how it all worked.
It stopped feeling like home.
It started feeling like IT.

We did not set out to build another smart-home brand.

EyZEE® was created in Australia by people who live with smart-home technology, install it, test it, break it, improve it and listen to the people trying to use it.
We do not pretend the work is finished. Making smart easy is not one feature or one product. It is a standard we keep applying to every switch, every screen and every step of the journey.
If a first-time user cannot understand it, set it up or use it confidently, it is not easy enough.
